My husband and I look for the black petunias every year. It’s our experience that they are hard to come by at other suppliers. We have gotten them the last couple of times from Hardscape Materials and we are very pleased with them. I called to see if they were in stock and I had the pleasure of working with Margaret. She offered to text me pictures of what l was looking for and she made it so easy l ended up doing all my shopping via text with her. She sent the following pictures for my approval. She was so sweet and helpful. Her Customer Service skills are superb and her personality is very friendly. She held all the flowers for us till the next day when we could get there and of course we found something else once we got there. Thank you Margaret. God bless you! Keith and Jacqueline ❤️

The staff is extremely helpful & they have great products! Jerry answered all of my questions regarding stones & pickup, was so patient & helpful. Would definitely recommend him and the venue for your needed stone items and pond items.

They didn’t have the right size planters but still an awesome experience. The staff helped check all their pallets of fresh inventory to see if the pot I wanted was on there. Another made sure we didn’t need help while exploring the statues with the kids. Great service and will totally go back when the need arises.

Every single employee I talked to was so kind and helpful, especially Jesse! I told him that I had wanted a certain type of rock for my garden border, and when I shared my idea I had called myself “weird.” He corrected me and said “no, not weird at all. That’s really unique!” He sounded so genuine. My family and I went to pick out each of our 500 lbs. of stone and he came by to check on us occasionally (and apparently we broke a record for being there the longest out of anyone else on a Sunday). Tomorrow is my birthday, and I love this place so much that I’ll be spending a few hours there to pick out more pretty rocks and mulch! Here are some cool rocks I found. ETA: I posted this yesterday and just left Hardscape’s again. Best birthday EVER. Boss, so cool and kindhearted. All the guys on the tractors and at the scales, so awesome. The ladies up front, so sweet. 10/10

This place has just about anything you could possibly need for landscaping. I came here for inspiration and I got plenty. They have a greenhouse next door with very knowledgeable staff. Staff in the bulk materials area that can help with all the stone products. The place is beautiful. I'll be coming back for more landscaping projects.
